Drains Inc. has handled multiple very challenging plumbing problems at my house. They are fair, responsive, and do the job right the first time. I had a sewer pipe cracked at my house and at the attachment point to the main sewer. My sewer is 10 feet underground and the water table is high. Not only did they excavate and properly repair both connections they also put in a clean-out designed to be flushed to the ground and never to break. Other contractors who have come to work on my house take pictures of the work they have done. It’s that good. They replaced my sump pump, battery back up, and ejector pump. My power has failed nine times sometimes for hours and always when it’s raining. My sump pump has never failed. They use the best stuff, and always at a very fair price. Not once have they recommended I do some thing that didn’t need to be done. The owner is always looking for ways to pass on savings to the customers. I don’t do a lot of reviews but I can safely say that I only call them if I have a plumbing issue.

I like most people I know have had bad experiences with plumbers in the past, but not with Drains inc. Tim at Drains inc is great. Always very responsive and very professional. Great value for fantastic service. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this company. I called them to get a septic system inspected. Tim returned my call the same day and actually came out the following day. Great service and very honest. Will definitely use this company next time we need the system inspected.

I first called one of the Rooter businesses and completely regret it. The guy was either inexperienced or an idiot. He charged me $300 and left me hanging.

Tim (owner) and Adam (apprentice) came out and kicked butt. My house is a relatively new purchase. We found out my line not only runs through the neighbor's yard, it runs under their breezeway and into their front yard. And the house is for sale and vacant. Tim took control, tracked down the owner, got permission to dig in their yard not once, but twice, and got the job done. Tim was making calls on his own time to help get the project done in as soon as possible and with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Communication was great throughout.

Seriously, if you are looking for a plumber that will go the extra mile, get the job done right, and someone you can flat out trust, it's Drains Inc. Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of or that the job was being mishandled. Tim is a small businessman that cares about his work and his customers.
