5 star review  Tim kept me abreast of the scheduled appointment for the rodding of my sewer line for possible tree roots. Reasonable price that was based on the original description of the size (distance) and severity (roots) of the problem. I would call him again based on his fair price (mid-point), good interpersonal skills, and prompt reply and service.

5 star review  Drains Inc. is your answer. Period.

I first called one of the Rooter businesses and completely regret it. The guy was either inexperienced or an idiot. He charged me $300 and left me hanging.

Tim (owner) and Adam (apprentice) came out and kicked butt. My house is a relatively new purchase. We found out my line not only runs through the neighbor's yard, it runs under their breezeway and into their front yard. And the house is for sale and vacant. Tim took control, tracked down the owner, got permission to dig in their yard not once, but twice, and got the job done. Tim was making calls on his own time to help get the project done in as soon as possible and with as little inconvenience to me as possible. Communication was great throughout.

Seriously, if you are looking for a plumber that will go the extra mile, get the job done right, and someone you can flat out trust, it's Drains Inc. Never once did I feel that I was being taken advantage of or that the job was being mishandled. Tim is a small businessman that cares about his work and his customers. Give Drains Inc. a try and you'll want to leave them a great review, too.

5 star review  Tim is the only person I call now when I need plumbing work done. He does high quality work and can tackle even the larger projects that seem overwhelming. He does this all while being honest, upfront, and reasonable in his work. If you don't need the work done, he will tell you. If there are options to consider, he will lay them all out for you. I don't even think twice before calling Tim to do the work as I know he will get it done on time, with high quality, at a reasonable price.

Hydro Jetting

Clear your sewer lines with hydro jetting

Hydro jetting is a cleaning technique used to clean sewers and drain lines that involves the use of the streaming, high-pressure water to rid the sewer lines and drain of tree roots, sludge, grease and other debris buildups. Hydro jetting sewer lines and drains is more effective when combined with rodding. Rodding doesn’t remove the residue on the walls and over time this results in another clog. Hydro Jetting completely removes the clogging without the use of harsh chemicals.

Ideal for unclogging obstacles

A hydro-jetter is like a pressure washer that produces 4,000 PSI. They run on gas or electric engines and are categorized as ultra-high pressure units designed for pipe cleaning. These tools are used in residential sewer systems and commercial sewer drains. They’re your best bet for unclogging and removing obstacles in sewers and drains, whether in commercial properties or residential homes.

Powerful clearing without the harsh chemicals

Hydro jetting is strong enough to remove hair, soap scum, goo, scale buildup and even tree roots that could clog your pipes. Hydro jetting is great for restaurants because it can remove grease and food.
