Tim/ Drains Inc is responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. We called looking for help and he was here fixing the problem. Explained in detail what was happening, why, and how to fix it. This is our first time on a well/sewer with a pool and he has just had a wealth of knowledge. Offering explanation and solutions for a reasonable cost. Our sinks now run properly, shower isn't losing pressure, spigot isn't spraying all over when turned on, pool is filling and our well is maintaining. I can't express my appreciation for his respect of our time and families time. Comes when he says he will and keeps it within normal business hours of a tradesman. I can sing his praises enough.
